Although it's no excuse this is what happend to break up my marriage. My ex never lost any of the weight she gained after having each kid(3), so that she was 100 lbs heavier than when I married her. She wasn't tiny when we first got married and had always been "full bodied". She got the gastric bypass surgery and lost 75lbs and for the first time in a long time men were paying attention to her and flirting with her. Soooo she cheated on me with one of them and poof! There goes my marriage!

I’ve seen this happen multiple times in my town (the major weight loss followed by cheating, not the surgery part). I think now husbands are becoming increasingly suspicious of wives who suddenly start losing a lot of weight. Sorry that happened to you bro, you probably ended up better off in the long run though.
