What is this going to achieve?
1. You're on the "hook" financially, regardless .
2. He's already established an irreversible relationship with the kid

Really guys??? The beginning of a long distance relationship? If it were a guy that did the sleeping around in this situation, I am certain the OT would jump to his defense.

I married after being in a long distance relationship for 3 years. Neither of us lived in a bubble. We both went out, met new people and enjoyed life. Long distance is tough, especially when you are just starting to get to know each other.

I think one or more of these things are gong on :

1- He was bored/feeling neglected and wanted to add unnecessary drama in his life by digging up ancient history on FB-

2- He wants out of the relationship and is looking for an excuse.

3- He wants to have something over her in the relationship.

I wouldn't break the kids home because of it. That's the only reasons I'd stay. He now has the upper hand in the relationship and should start doing wtf he wants. I'd hang that shite over her head for the rest of our life.

When my mom was 25 she met my 45 year old step dad. They were both already married, her for 6 years, him for 20. They moved in together before their divorces were even final. They were married to each other for the rest of their lives, but still, it started as an affair.

If either of my parents had pulled this they would never see me again. Zero respect and I wouldn't want my kids to ever know them.

So this is the deal:

1) Do a paternity test.

2) If the child is friends, tough it out. The cheating happened in the beginning of the relationship. The guy has a child now. shite has changed.

3) However, if she is cheating again, get a divorce. F that shite.

If friend has suspicions of cheating, hire a private detective for a day or two. I've heard some crazy cheating stories going on in BR lately. Women are trifling these days.

Why didn't you start your story with, "when my whore mom was 25, she met my 45 year old step dad" then? Of course they made shitty decisions, but why not call your whore mom then?

You mean if they quoted everything on the page like an idiot just to respond to the last paragraph? I can see why you'd feel that way.

But maybe you're just a judgemental prick.

Depends on your definition, she certainly wasn't celibate, chaste or even close to perfect. And she wasn't above putting her own happiness first before her husband's peace of mind. Which I believe the original "all women are whores" poster was trying to point out.

Now ask me if I think any of that had the slightest bearing on whether she was a good mother or not, and I'll tell you to go frick yourself, I had a great mother.

This fricking guy started this thread about himself, and doesn't stick around and answer questions and engage in conversation... I'm glad his whore wife has been and will continue to cheat on him

Man, there are a lot of hard judgers on here. Have you ever told a lie and then felt like you couldn't tell the truth about it because you already lied. If it was 6 years ago and you are happy now and have a kid, move on with your life and get over this. Forgive her and be happy. It was sex, she to marry this man and have his child so move forward and stop looking back. Now, if she is currently an evil, liar, bad wife and mother, then this is your get out card i guess.

you would throw away a marriage (with kids) over your wife sleeping with a guy when you first started dating? seems completely irrational to me.
