You know what the 11th commandment should be? Mind your own business. You've got at least 2 threads on page 1 bitching about what other people do. If you want to spend your life in church, fine. But stay out of other people's lives unless asked,

Married 4, together 10years.

We go out at least once per month. Sometimes to Cottage Inn. Sometimes to Ice House or Spankys.

We go out with two other married couples.

But to Ops credit, one of those couples are swingers

Right here. Pay this man his money. Honestly, if they're truly on the same page with this setup, these marriages may well last longer than the average marriage. But if they're not truly on the same page, miiiight cause problems. To put it mildly.

I'd rather just get divorced.

Like someone who has spent their formative in Ruston, LA should have an opinion on anything besides Sugar cane and quiet desperation.

OP is probably Baptist.

We don’t go as often as we used to, but for a while we were going out 3-4 nights a week. Now, it’s probably 1-2, and mostly drinking at restaurants.

Ain't no divorced people at church, right?

(although there may be less than at a bar room cause you make them feel less welcome, or they've just had enough of playing pretend Christian?)

All of this discourse regarding proper terms for drinking establishments, well guess what song popped in my head? And for the record, I use many of the different terms interchangeably.

quote:

I used to spend my nights out in a barroom
Liquor was the only love I've known
But you rescued me from reachin' for the bottom
And brought me back from being too far gone

And it will be there all day now.

Merry Christmas all!!!

You have to be old, dumb, and a country bumpkin. No other reason can exist for the stupid arse threads you start.

Seems very unhealthy. See many of these types, and at some point are always divorced

OP, while my initial thought was that you are a moron, maybe you have just lived a very different life. Maybe you hang out with the wrong people.

When people meet, or are dating, hanging out in BARS is quite common. You get married, have kids, and are stuck at home. No bars. When kids reach an age that they can be allowed to stay at home alone, you can run off to dinner. Or, God forbid, a bar for a few drinks and a burger. I look at it as being able to reconnect with the woman i met years ago. Going back to dating my wife. But people like you want to judge that.

I would argue that if people are going to cheat, they are going to cheat. Whether they meet someone at work, the gym, the grocery, or a barroom (to quote a jackass).

What’s the point of being married if you’re just whore your wife out and you don’t grasp the concept of faithfulness?

I don’t get it.

Why possibly would you want to live and share a life with someone who doesn’t seem things in at least very similar fashion as you do?

You Pick your friends this way right?,,, seems marriage would be same way for most.
