I wish I knew someone who would admit they voted for her.

This might as well be the official motto of the Office of the Mayor of New Orleans because I think I hear this out of every NOLA mayor when something bad happens there.

Actually, Thomas Jefferson would have said almost the same thing.

Come on man.

I mean I live in NOLA but I have plenty of well off friends in Metry that would die before living in NOLA. Lower taxes, lower water and energy bills, less crime, competent government, and you actually get things for your money.

I have friends who are professional musicians who are trying to get by on online concerts and whatever government handouts they can get. I have a buddy who owns a reception hall that he's basically serving plate lunches out of just to keep his staff busy.

The hurt goes beyond Latoya, but she is not doing a damned thing to help NOLA. I've heard rumors that she's trying to commercialize the Quarter; selling it out to large businesses like Disney.

6 months ago I would have blown that off as a conspiracy theory. But now? Its hard to explain her actions without thinking she's somehow profiting off of them.

Doesn’t this dumb count understand. The Government has no fricking money. It is our money-the taxpayers. Retards like her a writing checks our grandchildren will never be able to cash. Makes me sick.

I think it takes someone strong with a plan followed by one or two mayors who are willing to be servants and follow through on the plan.

So, it's basically hopeless.

No she doesn't understand, because she doesn't pay taxes.

She has her marching orders from the DNC. Stay locked down and Uncle Joe will bail you out.

Are there any good candidates who will run? This board could have some influence if it got behind a good candidate.
