I think we could legalize all drugs, but it would require a lot of regulation and a metric shite ton of honest education for the population (no more scare tactics, looking at you DARE).
When real facts were presented to the public about smoking, the number of smokers plummeted. It would be similar to that, I like to think.

This shite is true of the vast majority of things, especially for kids and young adults. Drugs, sex, alcohol, words, Hatchimals, etc.

All I know is that propaganda works. My wife is Colombian and she puts weed on the same level as Cocaine, Heroin, etc. I have shown her countless of studies and that Mary Jane is not physically addictive. She still says no it is bad. I know there is people out there with that same mentality. In order for this to get legalized all the way everywhere that mindset will have to change. I am hoping it happens in my lifetime. I will smoke an L in the middle of the street wherever I am at the moment no matter how old I may be.

I'm still shocked about how those two frat stars at LSU got felony charges for less than a 1/4 gram of cocaine at tiger stadium. That's nuts. Ruining lives there.

Mdma can be physically addictive, while cocaine is only mentally addictive. Hard to draw the line.

Definitely. Sounds alot like the draconian production laws in LA. Getting caught growing ANY amount of marijuana plants in LA results in a mandatory minimum 5 year prison sentence.
