Not only can the left not meme, they frick it up even when they're plagiarizing an already existing meme.
Sad.

The meme of “The Left Can’t Meme” is so damn true.

A good meme requires a sense of humor, something the left sorely lack.

I talked to my banker the other day about this as he has some hotels going through this.
I have heard these banks are doing anything they can for hotels. They don't want them (foreclosure).

In normal times I'd love to own a hotel. They only need something like 35% occupancy to break even.

I really wish I hadn't quit my contract work in 2016. I'd have enough cash right now to set myself up for life in the next few years.

I have an idea that could be a gold mine and need an attorney as my business partner on it

it was too much
i am not one of those guys who can grind out 60-70 hour weeks every week doing legal work without pause...esp if it's not something i care about (other than money). it's not only not how i'm built, but my product suffers, which means i have to work more or understand i'm doing a less than SFP-level job. that grates on me over time
it was a good life lesson but bad for the bank account

am sure they will be more lenient right now but typically very few people in forbearance get that amount added to the back end as most are denied.
If it’s a GSE loan, then it won’t be too bad
However most forbearance plans lead to the borrower modifying the loan to capitalize the arrearage.

Time to buy stock in cardboard box manufacturers.
Just kidding, but with many folks being paid more to not work, how can this be happening?

Same. I just need to get it started.

Seems like people used their stimulus and unemployment on toys expecting to be further bailed out on their housing situation.
Many people are out of work and can't pay their rent specifically because of the government, why shouldn't they look to the government for help with rent? It's comical to think one $1,200.00 check will cover months of rent and expenses.
