Fruit Loops/Froot Loops. I swear I remember Froot Loops growing up, and then it became Fruit Loops, now it's Froot Loops again.

I feel like I am taking crazy pills.

Never had the cornucopia. You're remembering those color sheets we got in school as kids around Thanksgiving time.

I would expect there to have been much more proof of it. No way we just also lost all of the fruit of the loom clothing from that time period. I'd expect a lot more people to have come forward with old clothing with it on there by now, and that really hasn't happened.

I am certain it had a cornucopia

My sister, her husband and probably 12 or so people that I currently work with have all worked at the Fruit of the Loom factory in the past. One worked there for over 20 years. They all say say no cornucopia. I find it hard to believe that they have been sworn to secrecy over something so minor.

Don’t know what it was called, but I remember seeing Sinbad in some sort of Genie outfit.

but most people who misremember Mandela's death misremember it as occurring sometime in the 1980s, usually the mid to late 1980s. Most of the people can't cite an exact year for Mandela's death, but think it happened in roughly the 1985-1989 time frame
Anybody who believed Mandela died during the 1980s is an idiot. How do they not recall the constant media drumbeat to "Free Mandela" during that time and then the big deal made when he was?

Of course it had a cornucopia… we al know it did… ain’t no need to try convince people who wasn’t born yet… history works Ike this…they told us our great-grandparents were just “talking out their head”… looking back I think it all was true

In the internet age.,, where anything can be the truth or a lie… the stuff we collectively remember seeing with our own eyes has to remain true … hell at least to us

It is ironic that most people associate his death with the late 1980s when that is actually his final release date from prison. Many People, in their mind, recall a significant event related to Mandela in the late 1980s and associate his freedom with his death.

Kit Kats and the dash between the Kit-Kat.

Chic-fil-a vs Chick-fil-a.

This one is proof to me the Mandela effect is a govt experiment. I was about 8 or 9 and we were traveling to an area that had Chic-fil-a and I remember asking my mom what that place was and why they spelled the name wrong. It stuck out to me as a kid and always has. My mom still remembers the conversation as well and we talked about how some companies use tricks and puns for their business that help them stick out. This was one chic-fil-a used to use.
