They witnessed Arbery running and thought it was suspicious according to mcmichaels. They saw no crime committed, according to themselves. Unless you saw them witness a crime they didn’t witness, you’re retarded.

This is a different interpretation of Ga law than I've seen anywhere. A former prosecutor in Fulton County (probably pretty familiar with Ga criminal law) had the complete opposite opinion on the statute

Here are the many problems with what you posted, aside from it not being a link to a statute.
Arbery was long gone from the "scene," thus no citizen's arrest.
The McMichaels admittedly did not see Arbery commit a criminal act. From Gregory's statement:
Hauling arse isn't a crime.
You have an unarmed man with nothing in his hands jogging down a street. Getting out of a truck displaying a shotgun towards him is not reasonable force towards an unarmed maybe trespasser.

I'm going to say we almost certainly know even this didn't happen. McMichael saw him running down the street while standing in his front yard and immediately called to his son to grab his gun and let's go.
McMichael in his statement never says he was even TOLD that Arbery was on the construction site that day.

The information can be found at the Bureau of Justice. It’s cited at the bottom of the graphic.
It’s obvious your arms still work. Do your own research, lazy arse.
