You are making my point for me. These two Good Ole Boys told him to halt...freeze. They do not open fire on him during their pursuit. Clearly they wanted to hold him there until police arrived. The only point in which the trigger was pulled was win he tried to disarm them. For what it’s worth I’m not advocating one way or the other I’m just telling you how it will go down from a legal standpoint… All three will walk.

if someone pulls a gun on you absent some sort of imminent threat, and you try and disarm them but you get shot, they are going to jail. Not you. This isn't difficult.

So what you're saying is; if I follow/chase you with a gun, for any reason, long enough such that you feel your life is threatened and you attempt to disarm me, I can shoot and kill you and the law is on my side?
