Jogging....good luck with that in court. He fled the scene of a potential crime. He attempted to elude a lawful citizens arrest. He was in the building illegally. If he was doing nothing wrong why did he not just walk out and say hey… I was just checking the place out? Or getting a drink of water? As some have said. You might want to stop with the he was jogging bullshite because that ship has sailed.

I haven't seen that. It wouldn't really change anything, legally speaking. But if that's the story going forward, then why did McMichael omit that from his statements to the police and instead talk about how they had seen him on past videos?

...or ya know people dont think its reasonable To chase someone down and draw weapons on someone for a misdemeanor crime that wasn’t even witnessed by the vigilantes. The point is mcmichaels crew didnt have any direct knowledge of a felony. That is a fact, according to mcmichaels own statements. Doesnt matter if he did trespass, a misdemeanor doesnt warrant a citizens arrest. May have not been racism, but is 100% trash.

You clearly aren't giving consideration the facts in front of you because you made up facts to fit your predicted outcome. You claim that the McMichaels witnessed him commit a crime. We know that that is false. Why do you ignore this point? Is it because it blows your whole argument apart? Let your emotion go and look at the actual facts.

Then why do you consider a misdemeanor Justification for a citizens arrest, given the fact that a citizens arrest requires direct knowledge of a felony occurring (also consider the fact that mcmichaels did not have knowledge of a felony occurring)?

And lets not forget, "hauling arse" is relative. Not that it made a difference, but it would have made more sense if they saw him "hauling arse" and there was someone chasing him yelling "stop that man". But they just saw him running. So the first thing the old man though to do was get his son, arm themselves, get in the truck and go chase him down? How are people even trying to defend that?

Again, we don’t know everything. But it’s plausible the McMichaels only a few houses away were either called or saw something or heard it from another neighbor. Officer Trash even texted English about the neighbors knowing and getting together on it. So, the day it happened, maybe they were just ready.

If everything comes out the way you claim; yes, trash will be a great description.
But I’m going to let it play out in court, get all the facts before I hang someone for what the media wants me to believe and by statistics just isn’t true.
