Did he run away from or towards the truck?
Away from the truck that was chasing him and tried to cut him off at least once already.

Did he attack someone who was lawfully trying to perform a citizens arrest ?
No.
Any other questions?

unfortunately there are a lot of people like Errerwere down here, which is why the south leads in obesity and illiteracy, etc. But his breed is fortunately dying off faster than they can reproduce.
unfortunately they breed at a fairly good clip
But in general they're stuck out in the middle of nowhere and you can avoid them

According to McMichael’s testimony he was running away from them and then they blocked his path making him turn around. They the sped ahead of him and blocked his path again.

According to McMichael’s own testimony, the citizens arrest was unlawful.

So you are back at it?
I was in the oil industry as an engineer and got out after Katrina when the opportunity to make more money was right in front of my face. So, I went in with a partner and did that for a decade.
I also do contracts in W Texas for a company that drills, maintains, and does work overs for SWD wells (many off and on HWY 285) in the Permian/ Delaware Basins. Been doing that for a while too.
So, there’s my basic resume. Let me know who to send it to.

Unfortunately, the theory where a large segment of the local population that will fill a jury look and act like the McMichaels. All they need is one fellow croc wearing neckbeard on the jury
That’s my biggest concern. As seen in this thread, the concept of a reasonable jury is far from reality.

Why does it have to be one of the other? This isn’t black or white (no pun)
Because I couldn’t care less tttt.

It doesn’t for 99% of this board. You seem to be the only one who can’t separate the two.
So which is it? Do you think they are guilty or not?
Posted on 5/21/20 at 8:43 pm to Errerrerrwere
So you are no longer a general contractor?

No different then a police officer pulling the trigger when someone is trying to take their weapon.
Not really. The cop would go to prison for murder, too, if he were the shooter in this situation.

Separate what two? That AA wasn’t an innocent “kid” with a nice graduation picture?
OR
That the McMichaels were fricking idiots too. I’ve said both already. And that this was probably Darwin just doing work.

Again I don’t care.

As I’ve said before, I will let a jury decide that. They have a constitutional right to defend themselves against their accusers. Just like, OJ, right?

Why would I give up that license?

Have you seen the video? He ran straight towards their truck. He had ample opportunity to disengage, change direction, and avoid confrontation. Clearly he got tired of being pursued and decided to bring this to a head.

Your obsession with this is noted.
Here. I’ll help you out. Go get some assets totaling about $100,000. Then go take the test. The mechanical part can be tricky but no doubt with your knowledge you have shown on this board you can do it too. I know a few convicted felons with GC licenses and they do great work.
Don’t let the fear of your past dictate your future man. You can do this.

He's already said they aren't going to get convicted of murder

Do you have an agenda or an extra chromosome?
Posted on 5/21/20 at 8:49 pm to Errerrerrwere
Why did you say you were a former general contractor the refer to that as a current occupation?

According to the 2 baws he had already done so twice. At what point is it ok for him to defend himself?
quote:Ok, so you admit he was being pursued unlawfully
Clearly he got tired of being pursued and decided to bring this to a head.

The vibe I get from your posts is that you think a white guy can point a shotgun at a black guy any time for any reason.
This is the fun about all of this. Where did I say that honkey crackers can do this? Specifically? This is why honest discussions about race and racial crime can’t be discussed.
quote:
Which is why I said it's like seeing the worst stereotypes about the South spewed out one post after another with you.
Honest question. Do you actually believe I give AF?
