The People let me know that this menace to society has been apprehended by the greatest PD in the country BRPD.
Now that they have proven that crime can actually be solved, they are going to see if Puppet Pawl and SWB will allow them to attempt to solve one of the 13451345 murders from the last couple years. The only problem is that this perp was a white man, making it far easier to get a description out to the public and therefore locate and arrest him.
