Rookie move.

You have about 5 steps max to realize your mistake. He continued for 15 more, instead of turning around and heading back towards the water.

Is it really frivolous? You would think an installed surface in area that invites people to not wear shoes wouldn’t get hot enough to cause 2nd degrees burns.

It's in the passage contract. And yes, they should have more astroturf stuff to walk on.

This is fine with me. Carnival goes in the dirt for the dregs, let them pay the dregs out. None of this should be new.

What a dumb take. Sure, you had a cute retort, but think about the reality. I'm sure you are paying Regent, Crystal or Viking prices for everything you do ? The lawsuit is absurd, but not surprising in our ligitious society.

Lawyers have ruined society. Not by themselves, but they have contributed.

You always start higher than what you actually want… then negotiate down to what you were expecting.

If they say yes right off the bat, then you probably shoulda started a bit higher. He won’t get $5million but gotta start somewhere.
