I have been curious what the deal is with this house as well. A couple jet ski’s in drive way and unfinished roofing construction. I figured inherited and young guys living in it.

Very familiar with the history of this house.
A doctor lived there 25 years ago with his Asian wife and son. Doctor passed away and his son and widow then owned the house.
Enter the drug dealer who called himself “Frank” around the neighborhood. Frank begins residing in the house with Asian widow and the doctor’s son.
The son dies of a drug overdose soon thereafter.
I spoke to Frank a few times and asked him what kind of work he did. His response was “ Um import/export. The neighbors think I’m a drug dealer.”
Shortly before Frank’s arrest, the house was sold to one of the largest landowners in Louisiana who is now building the new house on that lot.
