This shite is getting beyond absurd. I honestly pity young guys nowadays. It's going to get to the point where it's like that old Chappelle Show skit where you've got to have her sign a contract before doing anything.

I had this happen to me as a freshman. Thankfully the girl didn't get pregnant, I didn't get an STD, and she didn't claim I raped her.

Women who falsely accuses someone of sexual assault are just as bad as sex offenders and should be punished in the same way IMO.

Anyway he had this total stalker. This chick was in love with him. He passed out one time and woke up to her riding him trying to get his flaccid self inside of her. A few months later after numerous issues, she gets "saved" ( a term for becoming overnight a hardcore baptist). She decides to tell police that he 'raped' her, when she really raped him. There were even witnesses and everything.

The kid left school because of being in the Revelle. It was sad. He was a good dude, from Avoyelles or one of those country parishes. It was sad.
Women have so much power when they accuse people, you almost need to have them sign a waver for sex.

Holy hell... Reading how they handle cases like this is freaking scary. This takes the term "kangaroo court" to a whole other level....

Johnson first describes Amherst's Kafkaesque sexual assault rules, which stated goal is to "empower victims" during hearings rather than determine the truth.

Johnson asks how an accused student is supposed to have been aware of another's intoxication or known they were in a "black out state," as Amherst doesn't provide an explanation.

The investigator of the sexual assault claim lacked the subpoena power to actually investigate. Had the investigator been able to properly investigate, they would have uncovered the text messages that proved there was no assault.
