I agree wholeheartedly! In many cases an accusation is almost as damning (at least socially) as a conviction. To think that a man can go out with a woman, each become intoxicated on the own accord, have what from every indication other than a written document affirming such is consensual sex, and then months/years later have his life ruined by just a rape accusation is absolutely sickening. There are no consequences for the woman in that scenario should the allegation be shown to be false. In fact, she is treated as the victim. Just look at Bill Cosby. I don't know if he raped all of these women or not. But I do know that he has never be convicted in a court of law of doing so. Yet, his life's reputation is completely shot based on nothing more than unevidenced allegations.
The perverse logic in this situation is that adult men are held responsible for both their own actions and the voluntary actions of adult females. While adult females are not even held responsible for their own voluntary actions. Literally the woman's argument is "yes I knowingly had sex with that guy, but HE should have know that I was in a state of mind that I cannot be held responsible for my own actions." WOW!!!!

I enjoy your lies. I really do.
Where do you have sex? A motel? Do you drive a car? Jesus, you literally are too stupid to even come up with plausible lies.

I'm just cautious these days. 95% of the time it's fine. But I've been scared enough times by chics I've taken home from a bar or club. They lie! Hooked up with in January who was on vacation here. Next day here boyfriend is calling and threatening to kill me, etc. Of course she never mentioned boyfriend and we were supposed to get together again night after that. Course she played dumb when I told her.
Had another whose boyfriend she had apparently lived with for years who harassed me for a month saying all kinds of crazy arse shite last year. Another a few years ago I found out was married after we had hooked up several times. Fortunately just cut that one off amicably.
Women these days cheat as more than dudes or just as much. And like I mentioned I've had them threaten to just show up at my job when I've ignored them.
I'm not going to stop having sex and Im content not settling down, so I take the precautions I can.

How would you hook up again? She doesnt know your phone number?
You cant even keep shite consistent in a single thread.

when they actually start going after these false sexual assault claims
The issue with this is that going after the false sexual assault claims discourages valid claims from coming forward. Sexual assault victims are typically ashamed about what has happened to them. Supposedly there is already an issue with unreported legitimate claims. People with legit claims would be scared of coming forward because there would be extra fear of being punished if there isn't enough evidence. As despicable as these false claims are this seems like a valid enough reason to me. Should victims be punished for the crimes of horrible people?
Without going into trying to make a novel out of this post, the whole problem with either side of the issue is the whole he/she said nature of the crime. Real evidence can frequently be hard to find. It just makes things extremely messy. It seems like things have aligned to be currently out of favor of men currently. It's like the type 1 and type 2 errors in stats. If you decrease the chance of letting a guilty person get away with a crime, you also increase your chance of punishing an innocent person. Unfortunate way of the world. I'm not sure there are any answers.

He said the number he gives out isn't associated with his name on a simple search. He may be using a burner or have some kind of privacy feature with his carrier.

Just have to be safe. A couple of years ago, I had a girl I hooked up with once threaten to show up at my work and stuff. Actually asked me to give her money not too after she got pissed enough. I don't take chances anymore. As far as I'm concerned, all bitches are crazy and a threat to my money and career unless proven differently.
Or you could just leave whores alone...

Everyone who disagreed with the outcome raped that poor girl over again.
You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Another guy said a girl drugged (knocked out) and raped his buddy, got pregnant, and is now soaking him on child support.
I'm not a doctor, but I've done a lot of drinking and a lot of hippity dippity, and it's hard enough to get off when you're good and drunk and actually awake. But this guy got it up and ejaculated from a state of unconsciousness.
Makes you go hmmmm.

First off, the Duke lacrosse team hired a stripper, so any bad consequences from hiring that stripper are justified.
Secondly, the Amherst student drunk enough to black out, so any bad consequences from getting black out drunk are justified

getting a blow job (being sexually assaulted) while passed out and then getting accused of being the sexual assaulter is justified because he was passed out?

shite like this is so fricking scary. Literally anyone (especially female) can ruin your life simply by getting pissed off and accusing you of something. It's insane.
Protection step #1 - Don't go to fricking Amherst

That is truly horrifying, and I don't think it has anything to do with sex or justice. It's their way of fighting against the "patriarchy," i.e. white males. The women who do it for good ole fashioned revenge are just sauce for the goose.

So, if you are sexually assaulted by someone giving you a BJ you did not consent to is justified because you got blackout drunk?

What is also funny is that if a girl comes home with you at 4am, you are both drunk, then has consensual sex with you, can turn the tables months later and say it wasn't.
I mean, if it was rape and such a big deal, why not report it and go to the hospital to get tested within a day or two?
I had a buddy who passed out in a bedroom at a house party (was throw up drunk), and this chick woke him up, got butt arse naked, and told him she wanted to frick. The next day when her boyfriend found out, she said she was raped. Luckily enough, her roommates were solid chicks and vouched for him, even though they barely knew him. After they fricked, the girl came out and bragged to one of her roommates about it.
Stupid fricking count tried to ruin someone's life because she drunkenly cheated on her bf. He could've been kicked out of school, lost his job, had thousands in legal bills, and ended up incarcerated for something a chick did to him.

I was borderline raped a couple of times by the same girl that had a thing for me. She would stay sober, wait for 1 AM when I was blackout at the bar and text me to ask if I needed a sober ride home. She knew I had no will power when I’m that drunk.
One time, I woke up in the morning as she was trying to sneak out and I saw her grab the used condom on the floor and put it in her purse.
I stayed asleep and asked her about it that night. She claimed she was throwing it away, but she left my house (full of garbage options) with it in her purse. I was seriously scared she was going to try and inject it into her vagina.
Moral of the story? Condoms suck, yes, but if you buy them, buy the ones with spermicide.
