I was accused by a girl I didn't even sleep with. We got drunk at a bar, made out, she crashed in my bed, but both of us remained fully clothed the whole time because she said "I'm too drunk".
I probably would have been kicked out of school if her sorority sister wasn't blowing my fraternity brother on my couch. Luckily, that girl has a soul and said that absolutely nothing happened. I still hate that bitch. Nothing ever happened to her.

in the case of rape or sexual assault, its is never "innocent until proven guilty" its always "guilty until proven innocent"
the burden of proof is on the accuser in all other cases, but not in sexual assault, its "hey he raped me, now he has to prove he didn't" instead of "hey he raped me, he is my evidence"
and then when proven innocent, nothing happens to the accuser of the false claims? its such utter bullshite
and it pisses me off that the women who are actually sexually assaulted, don't speak out louder about these false claims because they are diminishing what happened to you!

Looks like this is what lays at the bottom of why this bitch chose to ruin this poor guy's life.....

Bingo. And from what the story says of the adjudication process at this college, they make it virtually impossible for the accused to defend themselves.

That's a nightmare. I hooked up with a crazy chick who fed me vicodin like skittles after the bar. Luckily, the next morning I woke up to 4 used condoms next to my bed.

I'm a single dude that sleeps around. I've had buddies ask me why I do some of the things I do with women and it's because there are way too many u just can't try and if you are going to sleep around, you take precautions.
1. No girl I sleep with knows my last name or how to spell my first.
2. I will not tell them where I work.
3. My phone number won't lead to my name by basic searches.
Just have to be safe. A couple of years ago, I had a girl I hooked up with once threaten to show up at my work and stuff. Actually asked me to give her money not too after she got pissed enough. I don't take chances anymore. As far as I'm concerned, all bitches are crazy and a threat to my money and career unless proven differently.

Well the sad truth of the matter is this story is not that isolated. I've seen a number of other similar stories lately. One that comes to mind is the idiot chick that drug a mattress around campus of some college for like a year or something to "protest" her alleged rape that was very much like this.
Bottom line is if you're a parent of a boy who will be entering college in the coming years, you'd damn better sit him down and warn him about the risks of being falsely accused of rape. Just as parents need to warn their daughters about not being put into a "bad situation", now we have to warn our sons as well. All it takes is one crazy or vindictive bitch to ruin your son's future and turn his life into a living hell.
