My neighbors have “block parties” literally every weekend. We all just hang out in the street/front yard and move out the way should a car need to pass. I’d be pissed if my neighbor just said frick it I’m gonna make the block inaccessible.
We can criticize his behavior all day, but if I’m him and some entitled ho blocks my street and then basically told me to “Deal with it, it’s only for an hour” I’d be even more pissed.
I wouldn’t go byron’s route. I’d just call them tow truck company.

She was the catalyst to the whole thing. Had she not done what she did none of this would have happened.
Some people can't see beyond their own desires. Too bad the husband is gone, he probably would have told her it was a stupid idea.

Except according to the assessor roll this is the first year anyone has paid any taxes on that house. So it seems unlikely he pays more than anyone on the street as he claimed.
