It can be 1:1 it’s dependent on the quality of the habitat you’re disturbing and the quality of the habitat of the mitigation bank you’re buying from.
How much of the improvement is because they cratered during Covid?
What the article fails to mention is USACE accounted for relative sea level rise in the floodwall design so it’s not a big deal.
It’s not just about flooding it impacts navigation too. The bottom line is they’ll follow the written guidance exactly because someone will always be pushing for them to exercise discretion and that’s what opens them up to lawsuits.
Look up US Mobile their Warp 5G plan is Verizon and unlike other prepaid operators it’s not deprioritized.
re: I don’t want AT&T mobile anymore and looking at Patriot Mobile. Do you or someone you know

US Mobile is the answer. Pick from all three major networks at substantial savings. Better customer service too.
Verizon (they call it warp) isn’t deprioritized like most MVNOs. You can pay extra to stay prioritized on ATT.

If you set up the transfer on the Fidelity side direct from your account it shows up as available if not settled immediately for me. Faster than from your bank. I.e. pull rather than push the funds.

can they just get some fricking water and infant formula to people? Pretty sure State Farm doesn't have helicopters or soldiers.
100% agree with this, I was only talking about the guy complaining about the size of cash payments. You can’t eat or drink cash in Asheville where there’s no commerce at this point.

The purpose of the Federal Goverment isn’t to make you whole in a disaster.
That’s why you buy an insurance policy for replacement value and temporary housing.

USMobile, choose from Verizon T-Mobile, or ATT depending on your area. You won’t get a subsidized phone but I get more data than I can use and Verizon has the same priority as their post-paid subscribers which others like Mint Mobile don’t. It makes a difference.
The state has a good stage model but it runs in a supercomputer so you have to wait for the results on delay after each advisory they’re still on 5

re: Has anyone applied for the Fortify roof grant?

It was pretty easy longest part was waiting for the state to review my inspectors report. Saved about 38% on my homeowners.
Just for information my homeowners with USAA was discounted 35% from having a Fortified Roof.
Garcia is currently putting a new Fortified roof on my townhouse as part of the Grant program. They were the least expensive of the three quotes I got and a friend had a positive experience. So far looking pretty good.
