To fall about 175 ft, took him about 3.3 seconds to hit the water at 73mph, assuming not much air resistance. I doubt he drowned, prob killed on impact.

Crime in Livingston Parish & Zachary/Baker is out of control. I'm getting tired of it infiltrating my beautiful, peaceful city.

I dunno, river's high... might have hit the levee slope, pulverized his body but didn't die, slid into the high water, and drowned anyway... although while unconscious surely.

Apparently the guy jumped onto the levee and was pronounced dead when the cops go to him.
