Man found shot in BR Waffle House parking lot

Authorities reportedly arrived to the scene to find one person lying near a parked vehicle suffering a gunshot wound. It’s unclear if the shooting happened near the restaurant or if the victim was dropped off at that location.
Paramedics rushed the man to the hospital. The extent of his injuries are unknown.
