When you rent an AirBNB they clearly state the rules including max number of guests and no parties. Hope he got them for assault and trespassing.

Sure, blame him when you have no idea how it works. AirBNB clearly lists the max number of guests allowed and specifies no parties. He didn't know he was renting to a group for a party which is why he was there confronting them.

You would think so but that’s not always true. My uncle rented out his 600K house and it was absolutely trashed when they moved out.

I wonder what kind of flexibility AirBnB has? When I booked it took a few days before they confirmed my reservation and I got a message from the host.
I wonder if the host has a little bit of flexibility to look into the renter and if they feel the need to, suddenly realize their house would be unavailable at that time. Like when restaurants close for renovations during Essence Fest.
