My 1980 Cutlass Brougham. Loved that car. The oil would always look like it had come out of the can after 10,000 miles.

2003 with 212,000 miles. I leave it at the airport and only drive it when I fly into town these days. It’s been a great dependable vehicle for me.

theres a lot of unfounded hate out there for avalanches. Once you sit in one and drive it for a bit, its impossible to hate

I loved my 96 2.5 TL. The TLs replaced the Legends. I guess they continued to make them but not in the inline 5 cyl and never liked the newer body styles.
I’m (probably) older than you, so I wanted the biggest Acura sedan available for a first car for my first kid (female, no pics).

I got a 2000 Acura 3.5 RL, low mileage. Wonderful car.

Got her into college safely.

Honda Accord with a stick shift.
F-150 with a stick shift.
Tacoma with a stick shift (at least more common...it's only available in limited models)

I think these Alfas are some of the bestlooking vehicles ever

Hard to beat a classic

Always loved the futuristic styling and comfort of these. Plus the amenities it had were fantastic for the time: high beams that would turn as you turned the steering wheel, ability to change a flat without needing a jack (thanks to hydraulic suspension), unobstructed view of gauges from single spoke steering wheel etc.

Both would be a great ride, but you’d only want to park one in your garage permanently.
