Palisades fire which had reached the crest of the Santa Monica mountain ranges and was visible in the San Fernando valley has been pushed back.

Apparently they’ve got today to make a lot of headway because of light wind but apparently the wind is cranking back up tonight.

837,000 per unit. And these are very small efficiency hotel type units. Our largest coastal cities have gotten fat on the DC pork and there need to be audits and beheadings.

It has been burning in Mandeville Canyon since last night. The winds laid last night and they were able to hold the line, but with winds picking up today it very well could get into Brentwood "proper". It is already on the outskirts with homes involved.

Along this section of road is where it is making the push towards Brentwood, maybe south of the pin. That's a lot of homes.

More drone activity has been reported over one of the more active areas on the eastern flank of the fire.

Does the fire chief have the power to fill a reservoir, or is that someone else’s job? Seems like that decision came from elsewhere.
