If it's Chechens, agreed that it will be a bigger deal, Kadyrov has a huge army though. I think it's ISIS-K, I could definitely be wrong though.

Keeping in mind that US intelligence issued a warning two weeks ago. Chatter was intercepted and the actors are probably already known to intelligence services here and in Russia.
