La. Hwy. 10 had water running across the road in multiple locations between Oakdale and Leesville. Passable, but that may change with the additional rain in the area.

There's a thread on the outdoor board called "Next Weekend in Toledo". A few of us fishermen are discussing it now. As the graph above indicates they have all the gates open and are dumping it as fast as possible. It broke the all time flood level record.

You're gonna go east on 20 and then south on 55 back to BR?

If Terrebonne parish gets 12 inches of rain with all the water piled up from the wind it won't be good. The intracoastal has come up a good 18" in the last day in front of my office. Island road had water this morning as well.

TOLEDO BEND
9 Gates open at 22' - which is insane. This is the flood gates as we speak, which for those of you who are not familiar, this is typically not much more than a creek.

Niece's house in Monroe has flooded. Their sofa is floating around the living room.

Looks like allot of this rain is going north in to the MS River plain as well. Should be interesting to see what the MS River does with all these tributaries feeding it. This shite keeps up we are in for one hell of a year weather wise.

Monroe is getting hammered - property values in Frenchman's Bend and Louisianna subdivisions are skyrocketing right now - only dry places

I'm flooded in and have no beer but what's in my cellar. I'm either going to be sober or absolutely obliterated here in a few hours.

I flew from IAH to MSY yesterday evening. Our flight we delayed a few times with the weather and when we finally did take-off, it was a pretty bumpy ride.
