The plan is to do home injections.

Open to recommendations for remote- that’s the whole purpose of this inquiry.

How are others doing this? Need the testing & script associated.
Appreciate the feedback. Lots of rec's in other areas but not much in Lafayette area.
Great question. Just going to annual visit with PCP so I only tested annually when asked.. Would need an updated test before starting anything as the last one was end of 2025..

Age is 37.

2025 - 295 Total - No Free Test Done
2024 Retest - 341 Total - 69 Free

And yes, before I get roasted — I’ve read through most of the other TRT threads on here. Just looking for some current/local feedback and what everybody is actually paying & recommendations these days.

What are y’all realistically paying these days — monthly, labs, visits, testosterone, etc.? Also looking for recommendations for a good clinic or physician in the Lafayette/Acadiana area. Preferably someone who knows what they’re doing and isn’t just running a cash-grab clinic.

I’ve already done the blood work through my primary care physician and had the conversation with him. He just doesn’t seem to have really adopted TRT into his practice or be particularly interested in managing it himself.

I’ve always been pretty conservative when it comes to this stuff and, if anything, probably talked myself out of even considering TRT for longer than I should have. But I think I’m finally at the point where it’s worth seriously looking into.

Not looking to turn into Ronnie Coleman by Christmas or start pinning everything sold on the internet. Just want to approach it conservatively, feel better, get properly monitored, and deal with somebody who actually understands TRT.

So — who are y’all using around Lafayette/Acadiana, what are you paying, and have you been happy with them?
Let me know if you have available 5 for Friday Night game.

Running 55-60 in all 4 tires without a load. Right above the light coming on. Airing up to door jamb recommendations for towing.

Love the truck and air pressure might help the ride slightly but overall - coming from a 1/2 ton truck - it rides rough unloaded. Very smooth under load.

Bowman Lake

Lake McDonald

Lake McDonald is far more accessible. Both are beautiful - just depends what you are looking for! Regardless - Headed up to Pole Bridge is a must! Very interesting road from there to Bowman!

Enjoy - this place is magical!

Buffalo Trace & Makers Mark were my wife & I's favorite. Just loved the location / scenery of the more "off the beaten path" distilleries. Honestly, from a bourbon lover... after 3-4, they are all the same as far as processes & bourbon - you are enjoying the grounds and experience.

Don't discount an afternoon with a tour, bourbon & sitting at Churchill Downs for a couple small races if scheduling works out. Went for bourbon trail and this may have been our favorite part!
Lasfit.

Super easy DIY, affordable & designed vehicle specific fit - eliminating throwing light everywhere (to the best of design abilities).

Low Beam, High Beam & reverse lights were a game changer on a Silverado
Pretty sure Earl's on Verot still sells block ice.
Be personable, not just push business on them. Build a relationship with the decision maker or even better, as many as you can with the staff.
Great place. Book via Groupon. May not get your room choice but it makes it much cheaper.

Kids love it. They have become experts at extracting money for everything though.
4 Kids and 2 Working Parents

Fought my wife on it for a long time but currently pay $120 bi weekly. We keep house pretty clean and picked up as is but I no longer have to mop, dust, clean toilets/sinks, etc.

Its the best money I've ever spent! Weekends are free and wife is happy!

re: How do people wear cowboy boots?

Valid rebuttal!

At least I haven’t moved onto onclouds and hey dudes. Only minimal hate but definitely has the white community by chokehold!
Wore cowboy boots for 5+ years exclusively…. Can’t be a a p***y all your life!

Long story short- Moved onto regular shoes and I’m not sure how I did it!
For anyone willing and able to DIY landscaping in Louisiana- Forest Hill is the best hack! Beautiful, affordable plants & they’ll even help you chose.

Most landscaping companies will double/triple & in some cases quadruple these prices for the plants and really any material. That’s before labor.
It’s a joke. Just call, you’ll get it.

Legal marijuana in LA is ridiculously overpriced though.
Dawg linked it above.

I can't speak to Yamaha but I did a complete 36 to 48v conversion on my TXT. Batteries, controller, solenoid, cables etc.

Still running the stock motor and getting 20+ mph with no lift.

Shoot Scotty an email at cartsunlimited. He knows his stuff and hands down has the best customer service / technical knowledge out of anyone I spoke too - even if he website looks likes its right out of the 90's.
Gerald’s Amusement - Lafayette, LA as stated above.
Mine doubled...Shopped it out and got back to my original costs.. but did have me puckered for a bit.
