It’s legal to buy spores and grow them. I believe it’s illegal to dry them out for consumption purposes.

Macro dosing is a lot more fun.

Yeah, the Vikings really liked taking it before raping and disemboweling people all across Europe. It's where the "berzerker" term started.

For Vikings, raping and disemboweling was their job. They just took mushrooms to make their 9 to 5 more tolerable.

Also, “lab” or homegrown mushrooms tend to be much more potent.

Eh, I'd say it varies. Maybe homegorwn are more predictable. I've had some field grown where a small dose will rock your world and teleport you to another dimension.

Fo shizzle. You ain't lived until you've been to the other side and back. Everyone should experience that. We'd be a lot better off as a species.

If you’re interested in psilocybin, you should seek out Peyote and compare psilocybin to mescaline.
i am in the room with someone that has had the pleasure to have tried all three. The desert cactus certainly was the most unique experience but all seemed to have a desired spiritual effect when Properly dosed. The overdosing of the mushroom can be an unpleasant experience one doesn't soon forget.

Easy as pie to get the mycelium grown on the cake...but a motherfricker to keep mold from contaminating the substrate in the tub after taking it out the jar.

The Shroomery has great info, tho. Do your reading up on teks and don’t ask questions that show you haven’t done your research. There’s a lot of info there.

If by "palatable" you mean super fun, then yes. There was this one guy, Oliver the Child Lover, who was named so because as they were slaughtering whole villages of people, he'd chase the kids around, grab them, throw them up into the air and hold his sword underneath so as to skewer them as they fell.

Yep, just trying to pass the boring day.

Yes. Had a buddy in HS that ordered a kit and spores online and grew them in his closet, and this was over 10 years ago

The mushrooms themselves taste horrible, cow shite or no cow shite.

That’s also why you should dehydrate them, because a juicy one is 1000x worse.

Yeah, I know. I couldn't pass up a shitty joke.

We used to grind dried mushrooms up in a coffee grinder, then stir into a glass of orange juice and quickly down it to avoid the taste. Also, WHEEEEE!
Or make tea. Boil the shrooms, pour through a strainer/cheesecloth, and add a few teabags and sugar to the water. Heck, could probably use any of the koolaid type flavorings that are abundant to make a drinkable, drops would be a better idea than the nutrasweetened powders though. And it will still taste horribad. Easier to down liquid fast than solids though.

Nah i think dehydration takes away the potency best way to get the nasty taste out is to make tea out of them.
