well it has been at least a year since I have been but they always had extra duty cops there and a normal AG store selection and prices.
Calandros in the other direction is probably where you should go from the Cortana area but their prices are going to be higher. But shouldn't have any fights.

Perini Tenderloin is A+. Somewhat pricey (but all beef seems to be) but it is fantastic.
It was a huge hit at the Super Bowl party, especially with horseradish sauce. It is so tender.
I wish I had a good burgundy/sour cream dipping sauce for it. I've tried a couple but the sauce wasn't worth the meat.

I knew at least one liver hater would come out. Brussel sprouts can generate hate too, but they are delicious when roasted with lots of fresh cracked pepper.
I like liver, but raw liver is gross. I would get liver from a restaurant, but since COVID the liver seems to always have gristle.
