No one was around to see. Who is she doing this performative bullshite for? College girl social media has them convinced every man is a rapist. No way she's getting into a car with a random guy in the middle of the night.
The man offered to set a trap and she made an extremely idiotic drunken mistake getting into the car with him. It’s as simple as that. We don’t know what was going through her mind when she made that choice, but based on what I know about 18 year olds these days probably not a whole lot.

Is Uber available? This is a total lack of common sense, I presume she was drunk, but someone should stop that level of stupidity. It's a steep price to pay for life tuition, but she is fortunate to be alive.

The Madison Brookes case you are referring to. The rape occurred in a truck by two blacks, a white and black kid that watched it, and have all been charged. The girl was dropped off on Burbank closer to the Gardere area and was hit by an unimpaired Uber driver, and was subsequently killed. You're way off.
