For the almost 17 years I had my physical brick and mortar studios, you have trusted me to lead your health, fitness & wellness journey.
I have worked with multiple generations of New Orleans families and just as I’ve watched your beautiful families grow, you have seen me grow (sometimes painfully) from a 25 year old kid into the woman I am today bringing my own babies into the studio.
You trust us to work with you in some of your most vulnerable moments in life, training your daughters, sons, your mothers, fathers, grandmothers, etc.
I love our clients deeply.
I love this city deeply.
But it can’t be denied that our city is a tough place to live right now in various ways but I want to highlight safety.
I’ve personally know four clients with guns put to their heads in different places throughout New Orleans in the past three weeks alone.
Tonight was another and very close to home.
As a mother myself, I’m concerned. "

I have told my family to get out. I have told my folks to get a gun to protect themselves, and no one seems to be taking me seriously.
