I'm trying to cut my carb and sugar intake down and I'm looking for some ideas for things to eat and drink. Particularly things that can be prepared quickly. What are your favorites? This can be moved to F&D if necessary but it's more of a fitness thing. Thanks

Water, black coffee and unsweet iced tea is what I drink. If you can't lay off the sodas and pumpkin spice lattes your outlook is Grim.

Extra lean ground beef egg white omelettes are good & easy to fix. Saw that whisky is listed: whisky does not contain any carbs? Serious question.

Water, steak, chicken, fish, hamburger patties, broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, Turkey.

If I have a sweet tooth I will get those Atkins candy bars. They are like 2 or 3 NET carbs a piece.

I've tried it and I find it disgusting. Unfortunately I think it's the sugar that I like in soda. I'll probably have to just start drinking water only. Might try coconut water too

I've heard some people say that sodas are a bit of an addiction and once you've stopped drinking them for a while you grow to prefer water and find that soda is too sweet. Has this been anyone else's experience? I hope that happens to me

Also, use local honey in your coffee instead of sweeteners or sugar
