I go super crazy only once per week, sometimes even less. I focus on eating. I do "play" around, short runs and basketball, but nothing stressing. Its more of a Doug McGuff level of HIIT. Believe me when I say I am spent for 3-4 days afterwards. I don't even want to see the gym. Listening to your body is key. I don't go if I'm not "feeling it". I also do deadlift rack pulls, 2-3 reps of 2-3 sets with very heavy weight for me. It has really helped my back and posterior. Its just that my schedule rarely allows 3 days in the gym per week, so when I do go, it's on.

There is no reason to eat carbs to put on muscle. I know your credentials and respect them. Strong medicine is on my list, but my reading time has been cut in half of late sadly. Currently the constant glucose monitors are out of my reach, $$$. So I just stick with meat, eggs, and whatever else lived on this earth. Tonight you guys found me in my monthly friendly booze fest. Even I have pizza on occasion....

To all: QUIT EATING ADDED SUGAR /end rant

Vegetable staples for me are cauliflower, romaine lettuce, cabbage, peppers, broccoli.

I make homemade mayo and blue cheese sauce. I'm going to make my own ghee soon.

Switch to spinach.

Fatbros with excellent blood panels and low risk of atherosclerosis, osteoporosis, and diabetes. But keep on hatin'.

Lost 85 lbs in a year on the Mediterranean diet. Too much to list here. Look it up. Good food too.

This is strictly untrue. You realize there are awful diet plans out there, right?

It's honestly like you have a vendetta against low carb diets or something ? What gives?

Well look, we've cycled from South Beach, to Adkins, to Paleo, to Keto, all low carb diets. All I'm saying is that this diet, like the others, will come and go in popularity, but the balanced diet that dietitians recommend will remain.

You don't know what you're talking about or you're just trolling. Low carb dieting isn't a fad....it was common reality for most humans who ever lived. Where would one obtain sugar or copious amounts of starch prior to the 20th century?

I am curious as to why he says it is not balanced.
