i never once touched him. yes i did go to dump his beer out after sitting there being berated and called every name in the book, after an already 24 hours of being harassed by 6 different accounts every time id block a new one. i stood up after he dumped the beer on me, i grabbed the bottle because it was the closest thing to me and it became apparent i was not in front of someone safe. if anyone has the nerve to blame me or defend him, kiss my arse.
also adding, nachbar was incredibly supportive during this and encouraged me to post on my own accord if i was comfortable. he is no longer allowed at nachbar.
if you are friends with Nathan Seale or have the nerve to defend him, then unfriend me. this is me and this happened just a few hours ago at nachbar. knowing him he WILL try to drag me and i can show any one anything you need to know, but know this is who he is

Yeah, the local story is that he threatened to throw the beer in her face when she told him she wasn't going to be seeing him any longer and that's why she reached for it. There's obviously no way to verify that with the video not having audio.
I do know he got fired from Pizza Lupo (popular area pizza place) and another in-town job shortly afterward. But not a whole lot of other info out there other than she's filed an EPO.

Again, dude could've just got up and walked away. And if she followed him, could've let the Nachbar folks know she was doing so and they would've bounced her.
Simply reaching for someone's beer and potentially pouring it out doesn't remotely justify what he did afterward. It's weird as hell that you're justifying it.

He deserves charges for the kick - probably the last shove, too - but I always find it funny that nothing clarifies the definition of a woman like male/female physical violence.

FWIW I think the kick was excessive, but I also think they are probably both trash and couldn't care less what happens to either one
Outside of the kick, they are both guilty of escalating things, wouldn't you agree?

Maybe the kick, but not the last shove. She had a bottle in her hand and was moving towards his as if she were going to hit him with it.
I'd acquit him of all charges if I were on the jury.

No audio makes this interesting because there is no way he could have known what she was thinking. But she did admit she tried to grab the beer to throw on him. If she verbalized this, and he just beats her to it, this is a non-story. She then stood up and lunged at him, and he pushes her down. I disagree with it, but I am also not sitting there in the moment while it's about to happen to me.
Everything he did after that push was in the wrong and he should get the full ramifications for his actions.

Yea, i saw that alleged story. Doesn't quite add up to me from the video. I assume the worst of both of them.

Again, he could've just got up and walked away. That interaction was no longer productive for anyone once she reached for that beer. And it certainly wasn't after he threw the beer on her.

Personally, I wouldn't have met him anywhere to "dump" him if he was harassing me beforehand with multiple numbers/accounts (given what her account of it all says).
Had he just pushed her out of the way when she lunged at him and walked away if would've been a different story IMO. I think they're both not very smart.

Why is it OK for her to grab a beer he was trying to drink but it's up to the man to just walk away?
