One of my sons’ baseball team member made a 12 on his ACT. White kid in Alabama.

A few years ago for “accountability”.

Course, when you make non college bound students take a college bound test, pretty easy to figure out “why”. One only needs to see the discussion in this thread shows that.

East Carrol Parish has an average of 15.6.....that would mean you probably have a few not even in the teens
