So now, anybody can just come up and say someone assaulted them 25 yrs ago and they're immediately arrested? No questions asked?

I sent this to one of my employees that lives in Many and he’s glad. He says this has always been known about but nobody does anything about it

It seems like this would be really hard to convict in court. I can’t imagine there’s any physical evidence left, so it will just come down to testimony right?
