not sure any evidence exists from 25 years ago, unless he implicated himself recently with text messages with those reported victims.

Oh yeah. 25 years old incident and their word vs his? At first glance it looks like a stinker. But I don’t know the facts so maybe there’s more witnesses or other evidence to help. But if just just word vs word the DA there is cussing the detectives right now lol.

You sound silly as hell. Yeah if you or someone you knew were to be assaulted or gang raped your offender should absolutely not be held accountable because some years past by, right?
While I do think there needs to be overwhelming evidence other than what 2 chicks say happened, but there also should not be a statue of limitations.

Don't know if there is a connection but the new Sabine Parish Sheriff is from Florien, where Booker was coaching when these events allegedly occured. I wonder if he (the sheriff) personally knows the victims.

This is correct. No actual evidence is needed. Accuser just has to be able to tell a good story and that’ll be sufficient for an arrest and trial.

Or...hear me out...the victim could come forward sometime sooner than 25 fricking years. That way, justice is served sooner, the criminal can be prevented from harming anyone else, and the accused gets a fair trial. Crazy thought.

Honestly, unless there is some type of recent incriminating evidence, such as text messages, social media posts, or recorded conversations admitting his guilt, then how does a man defend himself from these accusations from 25 years ago.
Can just anyone come out and say my former coach and teacher had sex with me, and then they get arrested and charged. Again, it's supposed to be innocent until proven guilty but 25 year old proof?
Either way his reputation will forever be damaged. Anyone can google his name in the future and his arrest record will come up.
