Did I or did you?

She’s worried about being too open with no resurrections and wants phases. Your approach to that is to give an example that happens during phase one? How is that supposed to be relevant to being too open if it’s not restricted under any phase?

Your last two points seem to be more opinion than fact...

I'm not sure that these type of facilities will be able to open at Phase 1, especially with how tight JBE has been.

From the guidelines:

quote:

All individuals, WHEN IN PUBLIC (e.g., parks, outdoor recreation areas, shopping areas), should maximize physical distance from others. Social settings of more than 10 people, where appropriate distancing may not be practical, should be avoided unless precautionary measures are observed.

quote:

SCHOOLS AND ORGANIZED YOUTH ACTIVITIES (e.g., daycare, camp) that are currently closed should remain closed.

quote:

LARGE VENUES (e.g., sit-down dining, movie theaters, sporting venues, places of worship) can operate under strict physical distancing protocols.

ETA: At best, I can see JBE letting them operate at half capacity.

General question but can the state legislature revoke the health emergency executive order, and governors emergency powers and implement its own safer at home legislation with a schedule for the next month?

It’s actually a few questions in one but I’m thinking yes, yes, and IDK. I could be completely wrong here.

You said “easily over 2000 people’.

It’s not even close to that and hardly even 800 at the same time.

C'mon republicans, get this shite done.

We didn't give you a supermajority in the senate and two seats shy of that in the house for you to sit on your arse and let JBE keep acting like a wannabe tin pot dictator.

Terminate his shutdown order and tell him to shut the frick up.

They are super aggressive. It's not malicious (at least I don't think it is).

There were no rules set yet. I assume they were planning for the best.

What repercussions if any can he hold over the Rs heads? I mean we have no money to withhold from their areas or for their pet projects. We have no money in general.

Governor couldn’t make another order for 60 days. It would be left up to parishes to make restrictions.
