Precip seems to be over in BR outside of light flurries. Now we pray that the power stays on.. I’m sure as the day goes on it’ll only get worse in terms of power

Want to talk about a game if inches? Here in North AL, we have gotten a bit of Southerly flow which will bring temps up for some to just above freezing, and they will only get rain. I'm probably like 5 miles from the weatherman's prediction of where temps will start to rise. Currently we have light freezing rain. Thems the breaks.

Fishing anyone?
I have been looking for an old commercial that would be perfect for this comment and pic. It had a guy coming out of a mountain river like a Grizzly Bear with a fish in his mouth. I thought it was a Dr. Pepper commercial, but found nothing. I can see it clearly in my head, but can't for the life of me remember what the commercial was for. Dammit.

so it's pretty much over for west, central, & north Louisiana
there's a few spots still getting snow... but for the most part... what you have now is what you're taking into the Wednesday/Thursday event
esp. in the areas that aren't forecast to get back above freezing again until like Thursday

S- it’s not supposed to get above freezing until some time Wednesday with a chance of freezing rain again Thursday. How long do you think until Avoyelles roads and schools can open?
