Any of those deals actually going to bring revenue to the State? Or are the tax incentives so one sided that Louisiana won’t see a dime from these companies for twenty years, at which point they will all up and leave anyway?

Huge win for local development! Getting massive capital investments like those LNG facilities and steel plants is great for job creation, regardless of all the political noise surrounding these industrial projects.

Donaldsonville is the old house that "has good bones". Hyundai, CF, etc. won't matter much if they can't get a decent hospital and a nicer grocery store. Otherwise, the residential will stay on the east side while D'Ville gets some nicer new storefronts and some restaurants.
