Cases will go up somewhat. Just can’t have the overreactive people freaking out whenever there’s a new death

32,662 active cases
2,315 deaths
22,608 (recovered as of 5/10)

7,739 Active cases based on data provided. Enter assumptions

Recovered data is 3 days old. 14 days from 5/10 is 4/26. New cases: 4/26 - 4/28 = 774

6,965 Active cases
1,194 in Hospitals
5,771 Conservative estimate of cases not in hospitals

Obligatory: The 14 day guidelines are given by ldh and based on when the patient tests positive. The information that we have readily available is when the positive test result is known, not when the test was administered. In addition, the date of the onset of symptoms does not matter either.

If you add the new cases from 4/30 through 5/13 (14 days), you get 4,999 cases. 7,403 cases from 4/23 through 5/13 (21 days)
