The hospital understaffing positivity testing results aren’t near as low as we wish the hospitalized ventilator percentages of the population would be!

So for those of you who have downloaded the parish data, please help me.

There is a column for number of tests, a column for number of negatives and one for positives but then there is a case count column. I can't figure out what that's telling me -- I can't make the number in column F make any sense.
