You wanna try those sentences again before you call me names?
Is it not well-known that this virus mostly affects the old and unhealthy? Is that new to y’all?

yea man, screw all those people for letting themselves get old. If they took better care of themselves they wouldn't have aged!

What about the FLU? It kills people of all ages. We just let them die.
And btw, it's not letting them die. It's, hey most of you don't work anyway. Stay the frick home while the rest of us keep the system going.

Exactly. There are people we know who are more susceptible being hurt on roller coasters. So we tell them get on at your own peril. It’s the same concept. Tell old people and the immune compromised to stay home and away from people. Put the responsibility on them as it always should have been. Boom. Done. Moving on.

This old people stuff is just a eugenics scare campaign.

I think they did that with swine flu, or at least I don't remember any of this

Problem is, if one young person has it and goes inside a full bar room of people, how many will get infected? Then those that get infected go see their Mom and Dad who has been staying indoors. Guess what happens there? Or a sick young person going shopping, touches things in the store. How many people behind will touch the same shite?

What’s your point? If old people aren’t there and do t leave home or interact with anyone then they’re fine. For people under 60 this is either equal to or less deadly than the flu. Who cares if they spread it? We WANT spread, you know. Just not too much too fast for people to overwhelm the system. No old people getting sick. No crashes system. No crashes economy. No people out of work.

Staying closed because of old people. Boomers fricking us over yet again.

Here is the problem. They shouldn't be doing this and isn't really everyone else's problem. And yes I understand it sucks.

In your hypotheticals...Mom and Dad shouldn’t be visited nor should someone who’s at risk (or residing with someone at risk) be at the store.
That’s the whole point of the vulnerable staying home...

Yes, it is, but us old folks do need to go shop. We need food and drink just as much as everyone else. That one young person that is infected that went shopping and touch things in the store had a very good chance to pass the shite on. shite stays alive 24 hours on paper and up to 3 days on plastic.
This is the main point. Yes, if and when I go to a store, I do wear a mask. When I walk out I use alcohol pads to clear my hands. Get home, wash hands, unpack, throw plastic bags away, wash hands and then put things away. The weak point in all this, a sick person could of still handled something I bought. Remember that 1- 3 days this shite can live on something's?

Correct. There’s ways to make this happen that don’t involve keeping 27 million people and growing unemployed. That’s what we’re saying.

As someone in their 30s that wants to open back up, id be happy helping you boomers out by providing some funding for delivery services or promote grocery pick up services.
If most people are working, we have some tax dollars to help those that need help out. Let’s do that and think outside of the box to allow the young and healthy to help the others out.

separately counting the 59 probable cause deaths listed under the total death number. questionable if LDH has included same in total deaths or not. the double ** notation to the probable cause deaths listed separately had no legend explanation when I checked the LDH site this morning.
