Louisiana COVID-19 - April 23, 2020 Update: 25,739 Cases - N/A tested - 1,540 dead

LDH provides one daily update each day at 12PM CT.
Testing numbers are under review and have not been updated.
Sorry for the delay, I got caught in an online meeting. First time I've had to do any real work in a while.

State not releasing number of tests because they don't want you to know how hard they looked for those 481 cases.
