I have no idea if the numbers are still bad out there, but geez that's going to push people to their breaking points.

What’s even worse...they basically say their expectations for allowing it to open up is rapid test kits you have at home that will allow people to self test daily.

To my knowledge, they are one of the lowest hit states per capita, or they were.

A lot of people were theorizing that it was there much earlier than people knew and some form of herd immunity had kicked in. That's how low the numbers were. Not sure if that changed.

Anybody that is making decisions that thinks there needs to be zero new cases will be shut down for a LONG time.
