Alright, then. I'll be the nice guy and welcome you here. Like all the other forums associated with tigerdroppings, this one is HEAVILY populated by LSU fans (and a few alumni). Sports topics belong on Tiger Rant or SEC Rant so you can be abused if you're not a Bayou Bengal. But on the OT-Lounge and in the Political Forum you'll find that school affiliations don't matter as much unless you really push the issue.
The large majority of folks here (and I mean LARGE!) are by and large conservative in their political beliefs and rather intolerant of the "holier-than-thou" big city Yankee types.
You'll certainly detect that the posts are heavily seasoned with Cajun, and other southern, spices.
The OT-Lounge is probably the most forgiving of all the forums available as long as you like grits, biscuits and gravy, and other southern foods. If you're a fan of cream of wheat, this might be a place to avoid.
Welcome to the forum, and feel free to post about any subject you damned well please. You'll figure it out from there.
