She just made up a boyfriend because she was afraid you were going to ask her out.

Could any of y'all, especially in your early 20s, be willing to do a long-distance arrangement after such a short time together?
I'm having trouble figuring this one out. Maybe a couple pics of this rider might help.

I did a long distance relationship for 6 years after only dating for nine months.

i live about 1.5 hours away from my s/o. i work about 40 minutes from her. it's closer to stay with her a few days then to go home (about a 65 minute drive). she usually visits on the weekends. She hangs around the house and does teacher shite while i go fishing.

She was telling me her summer plans and said that she planned on meeting her boyfriend in Europe next week.
She later reveals that he is living in Washington, D.C. (apparently he makes damn good money), and she plans on staying with him there for a few days after they return from Europe.
Sounds more like she's a "kept woman" or has a "sponsor" more than a boyfriend.

Honestly, it depends.
It would have to be a near-perfect fit, but I wouldn’t say it’s impossible or a ridiculous decision.

Not sure I could have an open relationship like that. Especially knowing the SO is getting her tub caulked by Caden the Sophomore.

My GF and I lived two hours away when we met. Went a year living apart and made it work and is the best relationship I've had bar none. So yes. It can easily work if you are meant to be together.

It's possible but long distance fricking sucks especially when you are in a new relationship. There are so many different problems that arise because of distance.
I did it twice. Would never do it again.
