Nickelodeon has some great property attached to their name. So does, Cartoon Network, who is under Warner Bros, which also owns DC.
Why can't either of these companies run a successful theme park catered to families that can rival Disney.

I don't know exactly what the Disney angle is in all this but I can promise you, they know what they're doing.
Countless hours are devoted to advanced market research with shite like this, so even if it's lip service it works to Disney's advantage.
Any fantasy that the myth of go woke go broke applies to a globocorporation like Disney needs to have some sense slapped into them.
