If a black business person tweets something like "look at all those crackas on TV, I can only handle so many at one time" then I would never do business with them and I would suggest to others not to do business with them as well. So I don't see the problem with this.

Dude, that's how business works. Who cares if he apologizes? What else is he suppose to do? If I knew a business was run by someone who made comments that suggest they don't the group of people I would fall in, I would make sure that person does not profit from the people he does not like.
A smart business person would keep their politics personal unless it was a business that targeted people from a certain political side. And his wife, she was just doing whatever she could to try to keep some of the business he will lose.
And I am shocked to see meauxjeaux2 start a thread that involves race.

Well it was after the show was over. It wasn't like he stopped the show to yell at him. And if you actually watched the video what he said was pretty reasonable. Oh and Pence could have kept walking out, but he chose to stay and listen, so clearly he didn't have too much of a problem with it.
Either way, the fact that it enraged people enough to go online and make racist comments about it is absurd.

His job is to act, sing, dance etc. Do that. Spew your garbage on the street or at the coffee house.
Or better yet, start your own show where you pay millions in start up costs to get it going. Then insult your patrons and see how long you stay open.
Why don't you go to your job and insult those who support you and see how that works out for you?
