Why would he want an apartment half the year in one of the greatest cities on earth (especially with money) ? And it's a six hour drive / 1 hour flight from the Burgh.

Stupid question

Probably not but Dunne’s entire existence is based on drawing the public’s attention to her personal life on social media. She’s not an actress, singer, or sports star (not really) in which fame is a byproduct of talent that isn’t necessarily embraced. Fame is her profession.

The fact that she just had to make a story out of this and tell the world kinda proves the point.

Just one of the many reasons it's so unappealing.

Some nice areas and deep history there. NYC is a great place to visit for city thangs, for the most part.

have you ever been to Manhattan? You sound just like my dad before he went and after he completely changed his tune. Sure I wouldnt want to raise a family there or anything of the sorts but as a young single or young married couple......its the best city in the world if you like to do city things

sure if you only like to hunt and fish...prolly not your thing. But it might as a shock to you....but some people like doing city things.

I have not been to NY....but I do like to hunt and fish a lot. I understand some people like city things, and I did too when I was younger, but right now it's so unappealing to me that I find it hard to imagine the joy in living there.

Your point is well taken though.

you would prolly like manhattan a lot more than you think. Again, you prolly wouldnt want to raise a family there and at your stage in life, might not be a place you would like to live, but I would bet if you went.....you would absolutely understand the appeal that it has.

Manhattan has always been famous for its secretive and extreme co-op board rejections. There are many people that simply go for a condo or rental because they refuse to deal with it.

Whhhaaaaaaaaa.

When I put my co-op up for sale in on the upper west side of NYC the board rejected the first three potential buyers. And one was a doctor. No reasons given. Just rejected.

She didn’t have a strong enough DEI statement on her application, nor were her liberal fides sufficiently verified through her social media history.

Nope! Lived in NYC for over a decade of my life. Buildings will have co-op boards that have to approve people buying empty apartments. They aren't as progressive as they want people to believe

They would’ve been the perfect neighbors, ones that are rarely there.

No idea how you dorks can’t grasp just how marketable she is and how much money she’s likely pulling in.

She could afford a home basically anywhere in the world off of what she makes alone

If she really wanted couldn’t she form a trust to purchase it and have her name withheld from the NIMBYs?

well, she models a lot, so I'd say NYC is a pretty good place to be, given its model and fashion industry. As to her long term prospects, I'll bet they're better than yours. Even though her college career is over, I'd imagine shes well connected and has ample financial opportunities.

It's to the point where you simp men are turning into pathetic women. Do you pick up your local TMZ or people's magazine everyday? Jesus Christ it's embarrassing to worship an unemployed internet stripper/prostitute while you slave your entire life away at work.
